Branches: group your members by where they belong
If your organisation has branches, chapters or districts, see at a glance who belongs to which.
- Open Branches in your organisation's menu. Tap Add: Branch and give it a name, for example Manchester.
- Tap the branch to open it, then Add members. Tick the members whose home it is.
- Tap Add the chosen. The branch now shows its members, and the members list shows each member's branch.
Regions with branches under them? Tap Name the levels first and write your own words, from the top: for example Region, then Branch. You can have up to three levels.
A member has one home branch. To change it, open the branch, tap the three dots beside the member and choose Move somewhere else. Every move is kept.
A branch that has closed? Open Change and tick Archived. It stays on record with its members and takes no new ones.
Branches is an extra part of Azonation. If you do not see it in the menu, your organisation does not have it yet.
