Answer a form, and pay a fee if there is one
Organisations send forms and surveys by link, or put them in your member area under Forms. Some forms carry a fee, such as a ticket or a course.
- Open the link, or sign in, open Forms in your member area and tap the form.
- Read the words at the top. If there is a fee, the page says To pay: £12.00 before you begin. Answer the questions.
- Tap Send my answer. The page thanks you; a form you may answer once says so if you come back.
- A fee? Tap Pay £12.00 now to pay online. If the organisation does not take online payment, the page asks you to pay it directly, for example in cash or by bank.
As a member you can also pay later, from the same page. "This form is full" or "This form is not open" means the organisation has closed it: ask them.
