If you are a member
You do not run anything. You want to know what is going on in your organization, and where you stand.
- Sign up and choose Myself. Use the email your organization has for you.
- Open My memberships. You see your organizations, your membership number, and until when your fee is paid.
- Tap an organization. Its pages open in the menu on the side, and the box at the top of the menu shows its name with Member under it. Home is its first page: Your membership, then To do (what waits for your answer, each with a button) and Coming up (the next meetings and events).
- Choose a section in the menu. What's on has Events, Meetings (with the minutes), Votes and Calendar. Take part has Volunteering, Projects, Ideas, Forms and Support us. Our organization has Committees, Members, Directory, Documents, Policies, Photos and Benefits. My records has your Receipts, Expenses, Certificates and Assets you hold. A section has no tab bar: the menu is the only list you need.
- Open Noticeboard for notices, and Notifications for messages sent to you.
In Notification settings you choose what reaches you: in Azonation, by email, on WhatsApp or on your devices.
You see only the sections your organization uses. If it has no Events, Events is not in your menu. If you also run the organization, a group called Me in this organization at the bottom of its menu holds your membership, To do and My records.
No account? You still get emails from your organization. Every email has a link at the bottom to stop them.
