Find your way around
The menu is at the side. It shows one world at a time: your own pages, an organization you run, an organization you are a member of, or the pages of Azonation's staff. On a phone, tap Menu at the top to open it.
- The box at the top of the menu shows the world you are in: Me, the name of an organization you run, the name of an organization you are a member of (with Member under it), or Azonation staff. Tap it to choose another. Choosing an organization opens its pages. A member's organization shows what its members see: Home, then the sections in four groups.
- Tap Search or go to… (or press Ctrl and K) to find a page or a record by its name.
- Each group in the menu opens and closes when you tap its name. The group of the page you are on opens by itself.
- Press the star at the top of a page to pin it to Pinned, at the top of the menu. The last pages you opened are under Recently used; the page you are on is never listed there. Pins follow you to your other devices; recently used stays on this one. A pinned section of a member's organization (for example Meetings) shows in each organization you are a member of.
- On a laptop or a tablet, tap Shrink menu at the bottom to make the menu a narrow strip of icons. Move onto an icon to see its name. Tap a group's icon to see its pages.
- Tap your picture or initials for Profile, Security, Appearance and Log out. The bell shows what is new for you. A dot means something is not read yet.
You only see the pages your role allows. If something is missing, ask an admin of your organization. Each menu can hold up to 12 pins.
